Empty Heart Vegetable (Kong Xin Cai) is called that because it's hollow. The Chinese have discovered that, like most things, it can be fried.
Ingredients:
Empty Heart Vegetable
Garlic
Oil
Salt
MSG
Directions:
1) Wash and cut up the empty heart vegetable.
2) Heat the oil and garlic in a wok.
3) Fry the empty heart vegetable.
4) Add salt and MSG.
5) Serve.
